    1. Proof of the Date of Birth from the Municipality or any other competent authority
    2. Mark sheet of the previous class
    3. SLC / TC issued by the school last attended
    4. Aadhar Card and a Proof of Residence
    5. Migration Certificate, if any
    6. School / Board registration Card, if any
    7. Six copies of the passport-size photographs of the child and one photo each of the parents
    8. Medical Fitness Certificate
    9. Photocopies of the Parents’ Photo ID’s including Aadhar Card
    10. A copy of ITR/Income Certificate
    11. A copy of Caste Certificate, if any
    12. Board’s Registration Card, if any
    13. Family ID/PPP(Parivar Pehchan Patra)
