FEE RULES

  1. School fees are charged on quarterly basis. The fee can also be paid monthly before 10th of each month
  2. Fee is to be deposited by 2 pm on the working days as per the following schedule:

  1. Any delay in depositing the fee will entail a fine of Rs 10/- per day upto 15 days. Beyond this, it will result into an automatic removal of the student’s name from the school rolls, suspension from classes/exams
  2. Fee can be deposited at any branch of the bank concerned in India in cash/online/ digital mode or through an Account Payee Cheque or a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Rishikul Vidyapeeth Alipur/Rishikul Vidyapeeth, Sonepat/Rishikul World Academy. In case the cheque bounces, the penalty/fine on the same will be borne by the parents. Parents must mention the name and class of the child in online transaction if fee is paid through online/digital mode.
  3. Expenses on clothes, books, stationery, maintenance of personal belongings, participation in co-curricular activities, etc will be exclusively borne by parents.
  4. The school and transport fees are charged for the entire span of twelve months from the month of April irrespective of the date of admission. If a child stops availing transport facility in between a session , he will have to pay fee for the whole year.
  5. Parents should collect the receipt for every payment of fee and other miscellaneous charges they make over the fee counter or elsewhere on the school campus.
  6. The school fee does not include any refundable security or insurance.
  7. The fee and other charges are annual but charged quarterly for the convenience of parents.
  8. If a student wants to change the school, he/she must submit the application for school leaving certificate/transfer certificate before 31 March otherwise one month fee and the annual & other charges applicable will be realized.
  9. If a student attends the school even for a single day and later he/she applies for the SLC, one month fee and other charges applicable will be realized.
  10. Fee once deposited is neither refunded nor adjusted in any other account under any circumstances.
  11. Board Exam and Registration Fee is exclusive of the tuition fee and is to be paid as per the instructions of the Board
